Norbelys
Mine · Deliverability engineering, email infrastructure, analytics · 2026 — running
Cold email breaks in a boring way. Your domain reputation degrades, your mail starts landing in spam, and the dashboard keeps showing open rates that are mostly bots opening images. You find out weeks later, when replies have already dried up.
Norbelys is the platform we built to stop that happening.
Who builds it
- Maxi
- Deliverability engineering, email infrastructure and analytics. That is me.
- Norbelys Chirinos
- Cold-email strategy, copywriting and product operations. The product carries her name.
- Gabriel Lara
- Developer tooling, API design and data governance.
Three rules, and they are the reason I still work on it: honest measurement, reputation before volume, evidence before hype — named authors, visible limitations, an open correction process.
Norbe writes the campaign. A human sends it.
Norbe turns one brief into a whole campaign: it reads your site, your past campaigns, live sources and prospect context, picks an angle, builds the sequence, stages delivery, and then watches it.
It researches per prospect — looking up the individual company on the live web and rewriting the message around verified context, with a written fallback when the evidence is thin rather than inventing a detail to fill the slot. It runs overnight: a standing order checks every mailbox, and when one sender’s reputation slips, healthy capacity takes over and sending paces down. Every step is inspectable — brief, research, sequence, delivery, approval — with the evidence behind each decision visible before anything launches.
And anything that touches a real person stops at an approval gate. There is no autonomous sending. The pitch is “wake up to a campaign that’s already written and checked”, not “wake up to a campaign that already sent itself”.
The parts that usually get faked
- Warmup
- Free and uncapped on every plan. Mailbox warmup is what keeps a domain out of spam; charging for it, or metering it, is selling you the disease and the cure.
- Analytics
- Bot opens are filtered before anything reaches a number you look at. A reported 20% open rate means twenty percent of real people opened it.
- Domain safety
- DMARC configured automatically, bounces monitored, reputation tracked per sending identity rather than per account.
- Replies
- Real replies route to a shared inbox with the campaign context attached, so whoever answers is not rebuilding the thread from scratch.
Interfaces, not just a dashboard
Most sending tools give you a dashboard and a webhook. The people most likely to run outbound at volume want it inside their own systems, so the interface surface is the product:
| Surface | What it is |
|---|---|
| SDKs | Official clients for TypeScript, Python, Ruby and Go |
| MCP server | ~82 tools. Bidirectional — bring external MCP tools into Norbelys, or bring Norbelys into the assistant your team already uses |
| Agent kit | npx skills add norbelys-com/agents. Documentation only, no source, no secrets. Works with Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Copilot |
| CLI | Scriptable, including CSV import |
| REST API | Plus native sync with Slack, HubSpot, Pipedrive and Salesforce |
What it costs

Who it is for
